What’s a small moment from your past that you still think about years later?

The decision to change the job, That led to

Becoming a carer.

The years that were privous. Changing jobs was relatively an easy process.

But that decision to become a carer and start working in that industry was one of the most easiest ones to make.

Something I saw my mum do growing up

Something that comes easy to do when you see from someone else’s perspective.

But previous work and experience become  skills you pick up and bring to care rolls.

I still think about that small moment now 20 years later without regret . But with confidence and pride in the work I do.

Care doesn’t come without challenges or learning new skills, It comes with a lot of

Waiting and patience and adaptions. It comes with care and respect, and dignity.

Passion for helping that person have the best quality of life.

Small moments can be the biggest life choices. Because you always think about them, they have had an impact on who you are today, what you believe what you want to improve, and the very structure that keeps you loving what you do.
