I sure do remember life was less complicated , time management wasn’t a thing as much. Life was definitely calmer.

I grew up before the internet didn’t even have mobile phone till I was 25 and even then it was a basic one.

But I do like how you can keep up with family and friends although Much prefer it in person rather then a digital screen.

The thing about internet it opens up the whole world to you,the good the stunning countries the people , but it does come with a huge responsibility and a negative side.

It can impact self esteem , the rise of cosmetic surgery when people don’t really need it, the rise of mental health issues, how easy it is for people to write negative things to people they don’t even know.The

The unhealthy trends they people follow especially our younger generation.

The fact is though life has changed so much because on the internet.

The choice is yours your foot print is global now.

It isn’t the tool but the people that use it.
