Be kind to yourself,

If something worries or scares you, try it anyway. But do it safely.

Be yourself,

If friends encourage you to do something You no is wrong they are not friends.

The cool gang or group are not so cool if you get into trouble to try fit in.

Be the kind of friend you want to have yourself. But also keep your own identity.
