Kindness

It’s free to be kind Life is way too short to be unkind. What do you gain by being unkind to anyone?

Does it make you feel good? Maybe momentarily but that wears off quickly being unkind becomes a habit being unkind ends up hurting yourself as well as others.

Care

Taking care of others and yourself can only enhance your life is it hard work?, 100% but it is worth it.

Life itself is worth it you can’t put a value on it. It is priceless. There isn’t one life in this world that is more important or valuable than another.

love

Many kinds of love a love of a partner, a love of a parent, child or family. A love of friendship and people you meet that you spend time getting to know.

Friendship.

Friendship is valuable it should come with a tick list of what makes a good friend it should come with an open understanding with each other respecting each other boundaries. But also being open and honest

you should feel confident enough in friendship to tell the other person if they do something you don’t like or say something that upsets you. without losing friendships. always be open to keep working on friendships it’s a 2 way thing they should be able to say things that you do if it upsets them.

Admit when you are in the wrong and apologize

Now this is something maybe everyone at some part of their life has struggled with.

The hardest and the easiest thing to do

It’s 3 words I AM SORRY First step admittance , Second step I am Sorry. Third step I shall try not to do that again. Four wait for the reply and work together to make things more.

Maybe give space till the other person is ready but not to long you can’t go back. friendships important

Perserverence

When you keep trying whenever you face a challenge, hit by unexpected moments.

You get up try again or move on that builds resilience .

Life is like that if you are here reading this today you are resilient. Whatever life has thrown your way you are here reading this blog at this moment in time.
