I love my little community

How would you improve your community?

More street parties . We used to have 2 a year .

A womens Tea afternoon where gazzebo’s were put up on green outside the house and us women got To have Tea and sandwhiches and a good old chat. Silver service where local kids came and served we raised money for St Catherines Hopice .

Another one was the community summer party we all brough oir tables from our gardens to the green infrony of our homes. BBQ in the front garden.

We had disco and raffels we had little sports events where the kids and adults all got super competertive on egg and spoon. Sack races. Space hoppers three legged race. This one was one of the  of the juubily parties

Young and old new neighbours . Neighbours who lived here since it was built all building the community we have now. Much has changed over the years we welcomed new people said goodbye to people who moved away but those memories they stay for a life time. Watching each other  families grow. Cheeri
