Good evening we are midway through the month of October now,

Health and well-being checks

A month filled with appointments and health checks, dentists.

Mum had her dental work all finished both her flu vaccine and booster while she was here. she is back home to have her hospital and doctor’s appointments

The drive was lovely and the views were great with the sunshine. It was so quiet on the roads I took the shots from the passenger seat while Dad was driving.

Hayley had her COVID-19 booster right before we drove Mum home.

Monday we had Hayley’s appointment with the neurologist so with her recent addition to blood pressure meds they have now also added another med for her migraines that also will help with seizures. these seem to be okay for her although it’s still early days a watch and wait, she will also be having an MRI done to see her baseline. so another appointment to come through. We did show her a YouTube of what happens so we can prepare her in advance this has been a great way for to Hayley know what to expect at appointments.

Niki had her dentist appointment and they are fixing her broken back tooth. She has one more appointment at the dentist to go. Jake’s dental checkup is on Tuesday.

My hubby had his lung scan so we are awaiting the results from that.

I still need to book Jake’s health check it’s been a little problematic to sort.

Hayley’s birthday.

Hayley turned 52 she was so excited for her birthday that we gave her a little surprise dinner.

As you can see Hayley the most amazing birthday.

Even little joined in with his rendition of Happy Birthday for Hayley, so sweet him singing along

We have got up to all sorts of things this month, health appointments, arts and crafts, days out and so much more, It is fun to also do lots of different things while keeping them within Hayley’s routine and personal choices.

Tom and Holly love the dogs, and equally they love Tom and Holly.

Some are getting new homes soon which is always difficult for kids to deal with because they become so attached to them, Having photo memories are a good way they can still feel and remember them.

Well this is my blog for October so far.
