Good morning , hope you all woke up refreshed and raring to go. My motivation for the too gear shirt, my car was in need of one on one time some TLC, a good deep clean not by my hands but the great Mr carwash. Air pressure Hoover my good I even found the kids socks, they get everywhere. Stuck in the crevices of the seats under the seats with their crumbs and empty drink bottles and all the loose change that tips out my bag as I throw it in the back seat there was actually enough lose change for the car wash and the other bits. I tend to leave it there because there is always that time you need it for parking and you haven’t been to the bank. Fluid check just oil to check when engine cools down. Jake was up and enthusiastic for school, Hayley is off on walk and pushing past the sore feet from all the walking she has been doing lately with day center staff.

Hubby is in the garden working away and our Niki has yet to wake up. She isn’t in college till tomorrow and is still recovering from our walk around the beach.

The day has started so well the sun is out a little and I am super motivated to cross lots off the list today. Emo The Elf has gone into hiding incase I set him too work to 😀😀😂

Music is motivating me. I am brining my own sunshine with my super positive and slightly hyper mood.

Had my groove going, at least it put a smile on peoples faces, shaking my tushy to the music. This song is going to be in my head all day. walking down the isles of Halfords singing away I was.

I am even put my arm muscles to use and do the ironing while Hayley’s on her walk.Or fight with the duvet cover when in change the beds they always give me issues resisting me i have got tangled up in them many a times trying to smooth out the bumps and lumps.

Hairbrush at the ready I feel a good singsong while I work
