Emo The Emotional Elf

#DAILYPROMP OLDEST THING YOU OWN THAT YOU STILL USE TODAY

I HAVE A NEW ANSWER TO THIS PROMP AS I HAVE ANSWERED IT BEFORE.

It isn’t an item, and it is required for daily living and how you look at life.

INFACT I HAVE 2 THINGS

My answer today is Common Sence and Intuition and have not led me wrong very often

In today’s world, we can be hyper focused on the here and now and the future.

But common sense tells me the past paints a bigger picture.

Take medical issues the past is very relevant to treatment now.progression of disease .Treatments, allergies. Movement. Old injuries. Looking back on this can’t change the past it can’t undo some of the damage done.

How patient recovers with whom does the patient recover quicker what is the magic Tonic of helping with a speeder recovery.

What protection adapter care . Rehabilitation  can we give a person based on all the evidence in a folder. Sometimes, you are only passed on partial histories, so you don’t get to see the traumas the patient has been through and how they impacted the previous recovery time. Because the trauma and emotional side of recovery definitely can have an impact on the time they spend in hospital.

Also, paper. backup is still so important in the medical field . Take, for example, the hacking incidence in the London hospitals.

Councelled operations. All amounts of issues have arisen from that, including needing blood donations. Guess what they are having to return to paper notes in some cases. See, common sense is that they have that back up.

You go to a shop and the tills are down because of a power outage or it issue they can’t take card payment so if they wish to say open and get sales at all that day they need to accept cash. Comman Sence

When I worked in a petrol station and the tills went down while people were filling up those people needed to pay this was

when cards were used, we had the backup of the manual card machine.

I can’t remember what it was called. Bit you put the card In with this three layer paper one being ink and pulled the handle across and it left the imprint. The customer had one copy, and the rest went into the till.

You’re writing an essay at school or an email. You back it up. Common sense.

You take phones on your phone, and you back them up. Comman sense.

Intuition it tells you a lot. Normally, it protects you, helps you make the right choices.

Alerts you, it makes you cautious. But it also helps you take chances it’s a feeling you can’t explain sometimes.

That’s it for today. I hope you have a great weekend

Much love Faye ❤️
