Is a little chaos actually good for us?
Maybe a little chaos is good for us to build resilience.
But constant chaos that can really impact your life health and mental wellbeing.
There are many things that can cause chaos.
A deadline at work. An upcoming exam, someone getting ill , organising events.
Your carĀ breaking down.
You lose something, your keys, or your bank card.
A set of unfortunately events that bring chaos with them.
Then there is the chaos you cause yourself trying to find something to wear on a night out.
Leaving things to last minute, what you avoid today, will surely bring chaos later.
With it being football session, I am sure some chaos will be reported.
When strikes happen, that’s chaos that affects the many. So, it’s a much larger scale chaos. It is very much intended to cause chaos.
Wars they cause chaos that lasts a lifetime.
