EASTER WE MIX IT UP

We celebrate English Eater and Greek Easter

The food is mostly Greek. so we dye the eggs Red and Green. Make koulorakia , Revani.

We make Lamb. And roast potatoes Greek salads .

It depends on who we celebrate with, but we do egg hunts. My kids are now to big for that now.

But we always dress the kitchen up lay the table all pretty.

CHRISTMAS HAS LOTS OF TRADITIONS SOME OLD SOME NEW.

But it’s a month to get creative and inspired a month of magic

SUMMER

That comes with BBQs and gardening. we start all the garden pampering from March onwards, all for those summer months of full bloom. And parties in the garden.

Spring a time for traditionally deep cleaning decluttering and redecorating.

All these traditions are very family orientated and all about getting together with loved ones accept for the cleaning then everyone dissappears lol 😆

Deep cleaning and decorating well, that’s exactly why my blogging has gone down.

He will get your kids off the tech and in the kitchen. Garden.

He will take them exploring

Make them laugh

Bring the connection back to real life rather than virtual friendships

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

I would like to say the future.

But the past always shapes how you are in the future.  Your past always has a cross between amazing memories and some not some good ones.

People say let’s lay the past to rest, but it not a simple thing to do.

It can be your motivation  or your depression.

The past comes with feelings and thoughts ideas it shapes how you think and feel and act in future.

I think everyone strives for something more, something better in the future. Not just short-term but long-term.

Could be buying a house a car. Getting qualification. Having a family getting married or that dream job.

We all have the power in us to do it. But it’s weather life throws you curve balls or delays to that final achievement and how we handle that process.

It’s a new year, and resaloutions are meant to be made . Broken. Changed along the way. Maybe what we want in the momentbisbnot what we need in the future. That’s the beauty of life. Things happen for a reason. they are part of your story. Maybe that story will inspire others.
