Good evening , how are you tonight

So Jake has got me into excersizing and has been supervising and joining me it’s a brand new experience together. 😱😱 He is is great at it and has the stamina of a young lad me on the other hand I will be 48 this year I considered myself pretty fit before I started this workout I am always on the go and dance a lot my Job is sometimes pretty physical not mentioning the household chores and the count of times I run up and down the stairs everyday.
I also have muscles from carrying the ironing pile who needs weights when you have the clothes baskets🤣🤣🤣
But seriously the wrestle with the jeans is real , and I am so not blind to the jiggle round the middle that kind of developed as soon as lockdown stopped or maybe it was the fact that when I was underweight and metabolisum was working overtime burning everything I ate before it hit my stomach,
Really though self care is every aspect of mind body and soul. I am super proud I finished the first thirty days. Looking forward to the next thirty. Not sure if I will stay in beginner mode for another 30 days before upping the intensity.
How have I found this app and the excersize’s it was rough to start with them go easier then got harder again some days , I grumbled and groaned my way through, some days Jake grabbed my legs maki g sure I was in the correct position for the planks held my feet for sit ups and generally cheered me on.
It was longer then the thirty days for me though but it is the 30th day of doing the excersize’s
I took a couple of extra rest days on the weekend and they got a little grumpy with me for wanting to carry on. Still better late than never and if I left it any longer might of got out of the excersize mindset





Proof I am lady of my word 😄😄
It is all about keeping a healthy weight and toning muscles strengthening them. And absaloutly nothing to do with losing weight I am happy with the weigh I am and after six years getting back to that healthy bracket I sure want to stay here. Before I started this workout my back was very achy and stiff I. The morning and took ages to loosen Up, due to old injury . Now though that has almost stopped completely and I feel a lot more flexibility in the lower back and hip area.


There was 2 rest days In the program so only counted the actual excersize days

So it was real not a long time per day for excersize short bursts of sets with 30 second breathers between each excersize.
I have also noticed the difference in upper body strengh, and and around the neck area not so tense which has been great for migraines. They are not so intense right now.
What ones did I find the hardest.
Sit ups and the ones that use opposite sides of body at the same time. Or required coordination or balance. Even that has improved as the month has gone on.
Leg raises and planks and hip lifts were the easiest.
The the running on spot and star jumps ,well it felt like my Brian was moving like jelly.
