Hi hope your all well 😀🌞🌞🌞
We had such beautiful weather here today Mr Sunshine arrived today, it was in the 20’s by afternoon here on afternoon school run Had a lovely relaxing weekend even did a bit of a spring clean, I love that when you can open the windows, declutter, organize get rid of things that have cluttered the house. Being in lockdown you have time to go through things that don’t fit are broken or the kids have out grown. Definatley got some trips to the local dump. It’s that time of year to cut the grass and sort the sheds maybe even freshen up the paint work.
Jake had school today, his Covid test was negative again so that’s always good to know I think for him it eases some anxiety of being a silent carrier he gets worried about other people.
Hayley had her blood test this morning , good veins today, it never fails to amaze me how high her pain threshold is she even watches the needle.. she drinks water before the tests and that really helps .
Me Hayley and Niki were working on a project together today. My hubby’s Christmas presents are finally hung, it was on his to do lists since then he just never got around to it. 😂😂😂
I did make a bit of a mistake which my daughter pointed out which ended up with us painting the whole wall again . Thankfully we had some white paint in the shed. But she and Hayley enjoyed the hanging and painting.
Niki said “look were bonding of paint”
I have a bit of a habit of getting over enthusiastic especially when it comes to decorating, my family are extremely picky and it’s all in the detail but that’s ok I am used to redoing things the way they like it.

But I love how it all looks together and when the paint is dry my daughter will do the notes correctly 😁😁😁

When my hubby used to travel for work I would always do something around the house while he was gone to keep me busy, and to give him a little surprise when he returned. Some surprises took time to grow on him.
He is used to certain styles, but I am a little more bold with colour choices, usually we go pretty plain on the decor and I add colour through accessories , I think the burgundy feature walls in our bedroom and kitchen are more my style then his. Not to much just a splash of colour.

My hubby is pretty good at laying things out so I took some of his previous style with how he hung Phone frames and gave it that slightly uniformed look he likes. After all it was for him.
I was almost finished when I had the idea to do a Tik Tok thought it would be funny if he saw what I get up to when he is out. He was helping someone in our bubble today.

Hopefully that link works ok doing it from phone instead of computer, it is less easy to add things on a phone app. He thought it was funny and he loved the look of how I set them out so was all good in the end .
Now I have got into the swing of day shifts again and the kids being at school I am having a little more free time evenings and weekends to spend with hubby and kids. Which I love.
We will be preparing for Easter too. I am going to make the most of these few days of the kids being at school before they break up for easter holiday’s it’s gone quite quick this second return to school.
And because I love Easter as much as Christmas I am going to get in the spirit and share some photo’s I have shared on here before but I hope I motivates me and the kids to get cooking and decorating the house ready.

The Elves are out helping the Easter bunnies 😁
Anyway I wish you a very good night’s sleep
